Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm with no weekends or holidays.
You will work under an RN, perform wound care, administer medications, document care, and assist with daily living activities. Qualifications include graduation from an approved practical nursing program and an active Kentucky LPN license (compact license acceptable).
