The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store measurements and layout initiatives.
• Conduct store and cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Hang store signage, including circulars, price cuts, and manager’s specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.

• Shifts generally from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is essential.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
