We are seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. The company will cover relocation expenses to Cincinnati, Ohio, for training with top brokers. After completing training and establishing a solid book of business, TQL will fund your relocation to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our comprehensive paid training and mentorship program will equip you with skills in sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

What you'll do:

• Partner with successful freight brokers for 26 weeks
• Make calls and build relationships to grow your book of business
• Close deals with new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments and resolve issues for timely deliveries
• Maintain proactive and honest communication internally and externally
