Schedule
Monday‑Friday 8:45 am – 5:15 pm (40 hrs/week). At least 2 Saturdays/month 8:45 am – 1:15 pm. When working Saturday you may take a full or half day off during the work week. Business needs may also require earlier arrival or later departure.

What You Will Do

• Daily Operations: Ensure daily branch operations run smoothly, follow company policies, handle cash and security, complete reports, maintain supplies, oversee facility upkeep and cooperate with HR, Safety, IT.
• Staffing & Transactions: Maintain staffing levels, process in‑branch and phone transactions, handle confidential documents and applications.
• Auto Loan & Programs: Manage all auto loan transactions and associated programs within the office.
• Community Representation: Represent the club at local events and build relationships with community partners.
• Member Service: Deliver excellent member experience, managing wait times, merchandising, and all business lines both in‑person and over‑the‑phone.
• Sales Management: Supervise branch employees, identify training needs, mentor staff, drive KPIs, and help achieve branch goals.
• Assist with branch coverage travel as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Customer service and sales experience required;
  Lead or supervisory experience required.

Salary: $62,600 – $87,600 (Warwick, RI). Other locations: $60,000 – $70,000 (Providence, RI); $63,400 – $88,800 (Newport, RI); $64,028 – $83,225 (Bridgewater, MA); $58,000 – $87,000 (Foxborough, MA).
