Join us to support elementary‑aged children during out‑of‑school time on school grounds and foster inspired learning. As a teacher you will lead, coach and mentor, implement curriculum, and nurture a safe environment for all students.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum consistently with each child's unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, and to engage in physical activity with them.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English.

$17.70 – $20.35 per hour.
