Direct Care Professionals – Full Time (Evenings)

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour (up to $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit‑eligible employment)

Schedule: Saturday 9am‑11pm, Tuesday 3pm‑11pm, Wednesday 3pm‑9pm, Thursday 3pm‑9pm, Friday

Employment Type s: Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem; 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

• Qualified criminal background check and driving record

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include:

• Movies

• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling
