Direct Care Professional R236 at People Incorporated. Part‑time evenings. Pay $20.00 / hour, $21.00 after one year of benefit‑eligible employment. Schedule Sunday 9am‑11pm, Wednesday 7pm‑11pm, Friday 1pm‑11pm. No experience needed. Ongoing free on‑job training and career advancement.

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and a structured routine.
• Support individual community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution.

• Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualified criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
• TB screening, physical, and TB update every two years required.
