Schedule:

Sunday 9am-11pm, Monday 2pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm

Provide direct care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Participate in a structured routine, assist with daily activities, and promote community engagement.

• Assist with meals, bathing, and personal hygiene.
• Support activities of daily living and medication distribution.
• Ensure safety and environmental well‑being of residents.
• Coordinate individual community outings (e.g., movies, shopping, dining).
• Document care activities and report concerns to the care team.

• Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License.
• Compassionate and dedicated to making a difference.
• Qualified criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle.
• TB screening, physical, and regular TB update per policy.
