We are looking for a Site Secretary on the behalf of a large groundworks contractor who have a £100million works package within the 10 year Epic Systems pharmaceutical HQ project in Long Ashton, just south of Bristol.
This is a flagship, 90-acre R&D campus and office complex being built for a prestigious US pharmaceutical firm in the Somerset countryside and we are looking for a further administrator to join a four-strong team reporting to the project's principal document controller.
The opportunity
• Long term employment and career development on a multi £100m project.
• Joining an established four-person administration team, with support and guidance from an experienced Principal Document Controller.
• Developing your document control and project administration skills on one of the largest developments currently underway in the southwest
Candidate essentials
• At least three years’ recent experience as an administrator working for a construction-sector business.
• Advanced familiarity with MS-Office suite and document management systems.
• A full UK driving licence and own transport,
With interviews available from Monday 2nd November, the role is immediately available and salary is a competitive £30k to £35k
