Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager

Job Role
To lead the commercial sales team
Responsible for maximising commercial sales and departmental profit
Ensuring the sales and referral processes are adhered to.
Maintaining good relationships with clients and brand partners
Meeting manufacture targets through ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised
Ensuring customers receive a first class customer experience at all times.
Driving, developing and maintaining the companies passion for value and customer service

Job Requirements
Commercial vehicle experience in a franchised dealership is essential
Previous history of success in a similar role
Full understanding of manufacture targets and standards
Full UK Licence
