- Conduct accurate repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicle makes and models as a Vehicle Technician
- Diagnose vehicle faults and ensure repair solutions are safe, efficient, and compliant with manufacturer and industry standards
- Complete all work within specified timescales, maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Assist and provide guidance to fellow Vehicle Technicians, offering diagnostic support and technical advice
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle condition and repair progress
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure parts are ordered and used correctly
- Keep the workshop environment clean, safe, and organised at all times
- Follow manufacturer protocols and retailer policies at all times
- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealer environment preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electronic system knowledge
- Valid UK driving license
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
- Good team player with a proactive approach to work
- Motivated to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
