Pay Rate: 240/Day

Role Overview :
RG Setsquare is currently seeking a skilled and reliable General Foreman to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades person to contribute to high-quality construction and refurbishment projects in a supportive, safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within the given deadlines.
Supervise site workers and subcontractors, ensuring that work is carried out to the required quality and safety standards.
Supervise the construction and reinforcement of concrete structures, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Ensure safe handling and placement of reinforcement, formwork, and concrete, ensuring structural integrity at all times.
Supervise the installation of drainage systems and ensure proper trench preparation and back filling in compliance with industry standards.
Manage site finishing works, including laying kerbs and constructing roadways, ensuring high-quality standards.
Supervise the construction of PCC (Precast Concrete) chambers, ensuring proper installation and alignment for infrastructure projects.
Conduct regular site checks to ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations (including PUWER and LOLER requirements).
Identify potential issues in workmanship or materials and ensure they are addressed promptly to avoid project delays.
Report any delays, issues, or concerns to the Project Manager and propose solutions to maintain the project timeline.

Requirements:

Prior Foreman experience and valid ticket required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
