Position: Site Manager New Build Housing

Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced Site Manager ready to take full control as the No.1 on site with a leading residential contractor.

We are working with a leading residential contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-end, design-led developments across Bristol and the South West. These are not standard volume units — the projects consist of bespoke, high-specification homes, built with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. This is an opportunity to manage developments you can genuinely take pride in.

The Role

As the No.1 Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of your site, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

* Full site management and programme delivery

* Managing subcontractors and direct labour

* Driving health & safety compliance and site standards

* Ensuring build quality and NHBC compliance

* Client and stakeholder liaison

* Reporting to Contracts/Project Manager

* Leading and motivating the site team

Given the bespoke nature of the builds, strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail are ideal.

About You

* Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on residential schemes

* Experience delivering high-spec or bespoke housing (desirable)

* Excellent knowledge of traditional build processes

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
