Building Surveyor role in Somerset with Build Recruitment seeks an experienced surveyor to support damp and mould programme delivery. You will visit sites across North Somerset, assess defects, and manage projects from inception to completion while preparing detailed reports and specifications.
The ideal candidate has HHSRS experience, a minimum of 3 years in the field, and a Level 4 qualification in Surveying or Built Environment, with social housing experience.
