Birmingham (office based 5× per week, after completion of training hybrid options are available)

40 hours per week (part time options available on request)

About the RoleAs a Customer Relations Officer in Birmingham, you will support our Regional Customer Hub to deliver excellent customer service across the environmental and sustainability sector.
What will I be doing?As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be supporting the Regional Customer Hub to provide excellent customer service to our current client base. This will involve on‑boarding new customers and being the first point of contact on the phone and via email, handling general requests and resolving queries. Our aim is to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers, keeping them informed, engaged and maintaining proactive relationships.
Whatare the requirements?
- Professional, confident and efficient, with excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our customers first.
- Previous administration experience, with the ability to create and maintain positive customer levels whilst managing expectations.
- Used to a fast paced environment such as a call centre or similar.
- Confident on the phone, resolving customer problems promptly, whilst proactively promoting customer loyalty.
- A true team player, with the ability to be flexible, support and collaborate with the team where necessary.
