We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a 10‑month fixed‑term contract, averaging 37.5 hours per week (contracted to 1,950 hours annually pro rata) between 8am and 8pm.

Skills & Qualities- A people person – friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships
- Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, and resolving issues
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
- Tech‑savvy – ability to learn new systems quickly and possess solid knowledge of MS Office
- Organised and detail‑orientated, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and keeping accurate records
- Resilient, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during busy periods
- No prior property experience? No problem – we’re looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service
- Solutions‑oriented, with the ability to think on your feet

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July – September, where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
