Location: Street
Student Roost in Leicester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 10-month fixed-term contract. The role is based at Newarke Street and pays £27,202.50 per year, with overtime paid at 1.25x hour rate.
You will work on a 37.5-hour week (1,950 hours annually pro rata) between 8am and 8pm, with evenings and weekends regular. You’ll support residents with safety, wellbeing, and building management, handle enquiries, take payments, and maintain accurate records.
