As a Teaching Assistant
, you ll play an important part in supporting pupils with additional needs. Your work will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support as a Teaching Assistant
• Helping the class teacher with activities, lessons and day-to-day classroom routines
• Creating a calm, supportive space where pupils feel safe and ready to learn
• Assisting with personal care when needed
• Building positive, consistent relationships with pupils and staff as a full-time Teaching Assistant

This full-time Teaching Assistant role gives you the chance to get to know pupils well and see the difference your support makes over time.

You don t need to have worked as a Teaching Assistant before, but we are looking for people who are:

• Patient, caring and reliable
• Confident communicating and working as part of a team
• Experienced in supporting children or young people in any setting
• Happy to help with personal care when required
• Able to commit to full-time Teaching Assistant work
• Genuinely interested in supporting pupils with additional needs

Full training is provided to help you grow in your Teaching Assistant role.
