The ideal educators will:
Deliver consistently high standards of teaching and learning
Demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner
Adapt confidently to different classroom environments
Provide solid professional references covering recent employment history
Pay: £120–£140 per day (dependent on experience)
Requirements:
A DBS registered on the Update Service is desirable
Two recent, strong professional references (including your most recent school setting)
Full, in-depth safeguarding vetting carried out by a trusted consultant at Teaching Personnel
Interview & Vetting Process
All candidates will undergo a structured interview process, which will include:
✔ Employment History Review
Detailed discussion of previous roles and responsibilities
Classroom management approaches and impact on pupil progress
✔ Safeguarding Scenario-Based Questions
Candidates should be prepared to discuss safeguarding knowledge and respond to practical scenarios, such as:
How you would respond to a child making a disclosure
Recognising signs of abuse or neglect
Managing allegations or concerns appropriately
Following school policies and reporting procedure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
