Sexey's School is seeking an inspiring Head of Boarding to lead our thriving state boarding provision at the heart of school life.

Boarding at Sexey's is central to who we are – providing a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where students develop independence, character and a strong sense of belonging. Rooted in our Christian ethos, we promote values of compassion, dignity and service, supporting the spiritual, moral and personal development of every student while welcoming those of all backgrounds and beliefs.

You will lead all aspects of boarding, ensuring exceptional safeguarding, pastoral care and student experience, while driving continuous improvement.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

• Lead and develop a dedicated boarding team
• Create a culture of belonging, respect and high aspiration
• Promote student's personal and spiritual development
• Ensure compliance with national standards
• Contribute to whole‑school improvement
• Report to and engage with the Trust Board

We are looking for a leader who:

• Has experience in boarding or pastoral leadership
