Join our team as the Programme Lead/Lecturer in Social Work, where you will lead and manage the BSc (Hons) Social Work Programme in alignment with the University of Gloucester (UOG), University of West England (UWE), and Office for Students (OFS) guidelines. This role includes remission hours for the leadership and management responsibilities and offers the opportunity to lecture, assess, tutor, and support learners on the BSc (Hons) Social Work programme.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the sourcing and running of placements and skills days for all learners on the degree programme.
• Maintain and develop high-quality working relationships with key stakeholders across local authorities and the third sector.
• Coordinate the effective delivery of specified lessons/modules.
• Plan, prepare, and teach highly effective lessons; set, mark assignments, exams, and assessments as appropriate.
• Act as a personal tutor for an allocated group of learners and undertake visits and reviews with students on practice placements.
