You will support the Plant Supervisor with daily checks, basic maintenance, and the smooth running of the biomass and combined heat and power (CHP) plant. This is a practical, physically active role in an industrial environment, ideal for someone eager to gain experience and build a long‑term career in the renewable energy sector.

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in an industrial setting
• Willing to carry out manual, hands‑on tasks
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
• Able to work weekends on a rota basis
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
• Basic mechanical knowledge (pumps, valves, filters) desirable
• Previous experience in a similar industrial role advantageous
• Interest in renewable energy and willingness to learn and develop

• Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
