Locum *Community Nurse

Full time Locum Community Nurse – Somerset Area

Dream Medical is working in the Somerset area where a Community Nurse is urgently required.

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Community Nurse on a locum basis. This varied role includes hands‑on training and supervision, monitoring visits to clients, and liaising with multi‑disciplinary teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing community nursing care under close supervision.
• Conducting monitoring visits and liaising with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Supporting training of junior staff.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

• Flexible, motivated, trustworthy, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Has a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Is NMC registered with post‑registration experience in community care.

This role is full time locum with fantastic hourly rates, weekly pay, assistance with mandatory training and DBS application. Working patterns and hours are flexible.
