Support Worker, Weston-super-Mare (BS22, BS23, BS24)

Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour  

Full time or part time hours

What will you do?  

Deliver person centred care across residential homes, supported living and community settings. Build confidence, provide emotional support and help people thrive. Offer emotional support and promote independence.

What you need  

UK work eligibility

Minimum 6 months UK paid care experience in the last 3 years

Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Personal qualities include integrity, respect, empathy and teamwork
