• A full UK driving licence and confidence driving both manual and automatic vehicles
• Previous experience in the care sector

• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred care based on individual needs and preferences
• Support individuals with everyday activities and personal routines
• Encourage participation in activities they enjoy
• Assist with personal care and medication where required
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing
• Follow individual care plans and organisational procedures
• Complete all required training and maintain high standards of care

• £12.95–£13.45 per hour
