The firm is seeking a technically strong, commercially aware conveyancer who thrives in a relationship-led environment. You will ideally have:

• 5+ years’ experience managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload
• Qualification as:
  Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive
• Strong technical knowledge of:
  Leasehold title issues, rural and semi-rural property transactions, Land Registry requisitions, lender panel requirements
• Meticulous approach to title review
• Excellent client communication skills — clear, confident and commercially astute
• Stable career history demonstrating commitment and progression

• Competitive salary reflective of Seniority and expertise, up to £65,000
