Residential Conveyancer - Somerset Competitive salary + strong benefits

A highly respected multi‑office Somerset firm with an outstanding reputation is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team who can be based in either their Wells, Street or Taunton offices.

You’ll handle the full range of residential conveyancing work from initial instruction to post‑completion to include new builds and shared ownership to equity release ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient and well‑communicated service throughout their transaction.

• Managing a varied residential caseload independently
• Handling new builds, shared ownership, equity release and standard sales/purchases
• Delivering a high quality, client focused service
• Working collaboratively within a supportive, well structured team

• Strong experience and technical expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing
• A proactive, organised approach to managing files and competing deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to the highest level of client care
