Contracts Manager - Long Ashton, Bristol - PERM role on a multi phased 10 year project - Site based
Our client are a Main Contractor based in Kent that are looking for a contracts manager to join their team on a 10 year build of new campus and offices
Duties for a Contracts Manager:- Ensuring contract compliance with the company's policies and procedures
- Managing contracts and services in accordance with company policies
- Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts
- Managing Project Manager & Site Managers across each phase
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Previous Commercial New Build experience
