Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum + 7.5% bonus
Hours: Mon/Friday - Early finish on a Friday at 1pm

Outsource UK are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation for a Team Manager to join their growing team in Clevedon.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineering leader to take ownership of a talented team, driving engineering excellence across the product lifecycle. You'll play a key role in leading sustaining engineering activities, ensuring products remain safe, reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose while supporting continuous improvement and operational success.

The Role Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately six electrical engineers, providing both people leadership and technical guidance. You will be responsible for delivering engineering support across existing product portfolios, from issue investigation and root cause analysis through to design changes, validation and release.
Working closely with manufacturing, quality, service, supply chain, project management and customer-facing teams, you'll ensure robust product performance, controlled change management and the successful delivery of engineering solutions.
