We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly successful and well-established manufacturer supplying specialist equipment to the semiconductor and electronics industries.

Due to continued growth and investment, our client is seeking a Semi-Skilled Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Production Operative to join their expanding manufacturing team in Clevedon.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in mechanical assembly from any manufacturing or production environment. You will be involved in the build of mechanical sub-assemblies for specialist electromechanical safety equipment, working from engineering drawings and detailed build instructions. Full training, support, and mentoring will be provided.

This is a quality- and KPI-driven role, operating to strict safety and manufacturing standards within a modern production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies for specialist safety equipment

· Working from mechanical drawings and build instructions

· Meeting quality, safety, and production KPIs

Candidate Requirements:

· Previous mechanical assembly experience within a manufacturing or production environment

· Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and instructions

· Willingness to work early or late shift options
