Skilled Operative Yoghurt

At an exciting time of growth at our Crewkerne production site, we are looking for great people to join us as production operatives, making our great nutritious food.

We are looking for Production Operatives to join our Dairy team at Crewkerne, working 0600‑1800 on a 4 days on 4 days off basis.

The Crewkerne site is split into different departments, including Dairy production, Fruit production, and a new Savoury production team. This role will involve working in a fast‑paced production environment and may include training on the production floor.

£30,750 p/a (£14.08 p/h)

• Working in a fast‑paced production area
• Preparing ingredients for production
• Assisting with the production and packing of food products
• Carrying out hygiene and general cleaning duties as required
• Accurately completing production records
• Manual handling
• Operating MHE

• Excellent communication skills
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• A personal commitment to maintaining the highest safety & hygiene standards
• Highly engaged, a good team player
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Able to follow instructions and procedures
