Are you a Food Production leader from a manufacturing background with experience in sauces, condiments or FMCG production, looking for an opportunity to build and lead a manufacturing operation from the ground up within an ambitious and rapidly growing business?

On offer is the opportunity to join an innovative food manufacturer at an exciting stage of its journey. You'll play a pivotal role in establishing a brand-new production facility, implementing large-scale manufacturing processes and building your own team as the company continues its ambitious expansion plans.

This forward-thinking business is investing heavily in its manufacturing capabilities and has developed a unique, sustainability-focused supply chain. Continued growth and increasing demand have created the need for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of production and help shape the future of the company.

In this varied role, you'll oversee all aspects of manufacturing, from production planning and inventory management through to quality, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll have significant autonomy to implement your own ideas, improve processes and develop a scalable operation capable of supporting long-term growth.

The Role

Build and develop a new food manufacturing operation
Lead all day-to-day production activities
Recruit, train and manage the production team
Implement manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage inventory, procurement and supply chain activities
Ensure quality, food safety and regulatory compliance
Drive efficiency, reduce waste and improve productivity

The Person

Production Supervisor from a food manufacturing background

Experience with in condiments, sauces or FMCG manufacturing
Strong understanding of ERP systems, production planning and supply chain management
