I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel set with a Michelin star restaurant in Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural born leader with a passion for Food and Beverage to join a historic country hotel.
About The Position- Oversee the day-to-day running of the shifts
- Train and develop the staff palate with your knowledge
- Deliver fantastic service to the guests
- Work closely with all departments to ensure best results are met
- Manage margins and promotions
- Report to the Restaurant Manager
- Previous management experience in fine dining
- Extensive wine knowledge
- A high level of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge and a passion for fine dining
- Well organized with great attention to detail
