Joules is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to work in one of our retail stores. In this role you will support and step into the Store Manager’s shoes when required, championing the Joules shopping experience and driving store performance.

38.75 hours per week
Mon 08:30‑17:00;
Tue 10:45‑19:15;
Wed 08:30‑17:00;
Thu 08:30‑17:00;
Sat 10:45‑19:15

We have an eye for detail, are creative and commercially minded, and strive to give our customers a unique, friendly shopping experience. As an Assistant Store Manager you will work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the Store Manager to meet KPIs, manage operational standards, and support the sales team.

• Support and step into the Store Manager’s role when needed.
• Set up and manage exceptional retail operational standards and store efficiencies to drive profitability.
• Create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand.
• Develop and mentor the sales team to meet individual and store KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help deliver the Joules brand promise.

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Experience working to KPIs and targets with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Commercially driven, marketing savvy and able to create a unique shopping experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work, collaborate and inspire a team.
