Retail Security Officer

Pay rate: £14.81 per hour

Various shifts (to be discussed at interview)

Mitie seeks a Retail Security Officer who delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe shopping environment, free from fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Preferable to hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates. Training for a licence can be provided in some circumstances. Must have a full five‑year checkable employment/education history. Full background check required.

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service
• Deter violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support crime and stock loss reduction
• Liaise with store management teams
• Collaborate with Police and crime partnerships to reduce store crime
• Wear body‑worn CCTV to enhance safety
