Citizens Advice North Somerset is hiring aTrainee Welfare Benefits Caseworker to develop into a qualified adviser, helping clients access the benefits they’reentitled to through advice,casework and appeals support.
Job Summary:Salary (actual) – £26,227
Contract – Permanent
Hours per week –37.5
To undertake and complete Welfare Benefits Caseworker training as directed. Within three months to be actively advising andassistingclients and managing a caseload. Toassistin providing an efficient and effective Welfare Benefits service to assess eligibility,maximise income and review and appeal decisions as appropriate.
