Position SummaryAs a Technician at Bill Dube Kia, you’ll diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You'll have access to a clean, modern shop; up-to-date diagnostic tools; and factory training through Kia and the NADA Education Platform. Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate diagnostics and complete repairs on a wide range of vehicles, primarily Kia models
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify necessary maintenance or repairs
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle status
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer and dealership quality standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed using Dealer track or other DMS platforms
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new technologies and repair techniques
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred;
Kia or other OEM certifications a plus - ASE certification(s) or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have own tools (specialty tools provided)
