As a Technician at Bill Dube Kia, you’ll diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You'll have access to a clean, modern shop; up-to-date diagnostic tools; and factory training through Kia and the NADA Education Platform. • Perform accurate diagnostics and complete repairs on a wide range of vehicles, primarily Kia models
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify necessary maintenance or repairs
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle status
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer and dealership quality standards
• Keep accurate records of work performed using Dealer track or other DMS platforms
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new technologies and repair techniques

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred;
  Kia or other OEM certifications a plus
• ASE certification(s) or willingness to obtain
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must have own tools (specialty tools provided)
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
