KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization who is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support planning, reporting, and analysis across various business units. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, partnering with teams, and helping leadership make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
• Prepare recurring performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Analyze trends in revenue, cost, and margin to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain/enhance financial and forecasting models
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting needs
• Provide ad hoc analytics for strategic and operational initiatives
• Help streamline reporting and financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum ~5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience (not entry level) within the manufacturing industry
• Strong financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Experience presenting insights to non-financial audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
• Curious and proactive with high attention to detail
• Skilled collaborator who enjoys partnering cross-functionally
