** Job Objective:
** The Manufacturing & Production Associate plays an essential role in the production of our Hook and Loop technology! This person is responsible for operating a variety of manufacturing equipment while following established standard operating procedures, maintaining safety, quality, and time standards.

* Essential Job Functions:
*** Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
* Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures and Control Plans.
* Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet.
* Perform quality checks as required.
* Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.
* Maintain established production standards.
* Accountable for personal goals and the department’s team goals.
* Individual must demonstrate the capability to learn to operate in several different departments after required training has been met.
* Ability to successfully complete training and operate powered industrial trucks

* Job Qualifications:
*** High School Diploma and/or GED required.
* Previous experience operating production machinery to set standards.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of multiple processes.
* Demonstrated computer literacy.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to learn new processes.
