** 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
** Job Objective:
** Ability to operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures.  Maintain Safety, Quality and time standards.  Ability to perform varying assignments daily.

* Essential Job Functions:

** Commitment to Safety* ### Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.* ### Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety.* ### Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process.* ### Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary.

This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities* ### Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.* ### Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures and Control Plans.* ### Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet.* ### Perform quality checks as required.
* ### Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.* ### Maintain established production standards.* ### Accountable for personal goals and the department’s team goals.* ### Individual must demonstrate the capability to learn to operate in several different departments after required training has been met.* ### Ability to successfully complete training and operate powered industrial trucks

* Job Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma and/or GED required.
* Previous experience operating production machinery to set standards.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of multiple processes.
* Demonstrated computer literacy.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to learn new processes.
