Position Summary:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our dealership—guiding customers through every step of their vehicle buying journey with professionalism, honesty, and enthusiasm. You’ll receive full support, excellent training, and an opportunity to grow in a dealership culture that rewards hard work and integrity. Whether you’re an experienced automotive professional or looking to break into the industry, we offer the tools and environment to help you succeed.
- Greet customers in the showroom and on the lot, creating a welcoming, pressure-free environment
- Listen to customer needs and help them select the right vehicle from our new Kia and pre-owned inventory
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Accurately present pricing, finance, and lease options (with support from the finance team)
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Achieve monthly sales goals and participate in dealership-wide events and promotions
- Use Dealer track CRM tools to follow up with leads and manage customer records
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred—automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-player mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
