Job TitleHVAC Service Technician
Shift3:00pm - 11:00pm (2nd Shift)
ScheduleMonday through Friday
Pay Rate$38.00 to $50.00 + per hour, based on experience and capabilities
Responsibilities- Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
- Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
- Experience service / maintenance / troubleshooting / repairing a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Consult and educate homeowners on systems and products
- Contact tech support with diagnostic questions
- Daily use of tablet
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Maine & or NH Gas license
- Main Oil License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience consulting customers with repair and replace decisions
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate from an HVAC technical school desired
- Take home vehicle & gas card
- Cross training available in gas, oil, propane, and HVAC
- Education and licensing program for oil, propane, and HVAC
- Committed to providing careers with training
- Equipment training provided for Bosch, Ecobee, Fujitsu, Buderus, Carrier, etc., throughout the year
