We are working with a company in the Somerville, MA area who is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. This role is onsite but has FREE PARKING! This is contract-to-hire and can convert into a permanent role.
Responsibilities- Handling orders, invoicing, and billing pricing
- Create and review invoices
- Work with other departments on billing needs/questions
- Handling any discrepancies with billing
- 1-3+ years of billing/AR experience
- Ability to work onsite in Somerville (FREE PARKING!)
- Basic Excel skills
- Oracle experience is nice to have, not required
$22-25/hour depending on experience
