Sullivan Tire, an employee‑owned company, currently has an opportunity for a Sales & Service Writer. The position is customer‑service focused and will contribute to building a loyal customer base.

The Sales & Service Writer will greet customers, fulfill their needs, foster a positive environment, and provide product information, schedule appointments, and handle tire and auto service needs.

• Foster a positive and friendly environment.
• Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong telephone skills.
• Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus.
• Dependable transportation.
• A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus.
