Radicle Agronomic is a dynamic entrant to the agricultural soil sampling and nutrient management industry, introducing novel technologies that dramatically improve quality, repeatability, and operational efficiency in a historically underdeveloped category.

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to expand the Radicle Agronomics platform across North America. This role is responsible for identifying, activating, and developing Radicle Business Partners who operate Radicle Labs, while shaping go-to-market strategy for a rapidly growing platform.

This is a hands-on market development role, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and enjoys building businesses—not just closing transactions.

Your Impact

Identify, recruit, and activate new Radicle Business Partners across North America who will operate Radicle Labs at their locations.

Own the success of Business Partners by providing ongoing commercial guidance, coaching, and strategic support.

Conduct regular on-site partner visits to strengthen relationships, drive performance, and gather market feedback.

Develop and execute sales and market development strategies to achieve revenue, adoption, and growth targets.

Ensure high levels of Business Partner satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, removing obstacles, and coordinating internal resources.

Your Experience and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Agriculture, or equivalent practical experience. Proven 5 Years experience in business development, partner-led sales, or commercial growth roles. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to guide strategy and product direction. Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.

Work with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and customer support to enhance offerings and deliver partner-specific solutions.

Demonstrated success in small to mid-sized or startup environments with evolving strategies. Strong understanding of North American agriculture, especially soil sampling, nutrient management, or agronomic services.

Educate farmer audiences and industry stakeholders on Radicle’s soil fertility management approach. Represent Radicle Agronomics at trade shows, field events, and partner meetings.
