• Assist with calls from and to customers, providing exceptional customer service
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
• Direct incoming customer equipment based on demand and productivity to balance regional market inventory
• Review reports to aid in the effective placement of equipment and customer reservations
• Assist with the Company’s U‑Box portable storage product

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with reservation systems or logistics management
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing demands
