Job Description
The Dispatcher receives assistance requests from clients and customers, and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
- 2+ years of dispatching experience preferred in a mechanical/HVAC contractor setting
Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000. The exact offer will vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. Eligibility for company incentive or bonus programs may apply.

Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co‑workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Schedule and dispatch resources—including team members, crews/teams, equipment, or service vehicles—to appropriate locations based on customer requests or specifications, using radios, telephones, and/or computers; determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel needed according to work orders or client requirements.
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and/or resource schedules.
- Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s).
- Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules.
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work, or services performed, inventory, and other dispatch information.
- Recognize and mitigate a variety of issues encountered within the department and other work environments.
- Confer with clients and/or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for resources.
- Monitor resources and utilization to coordinate services and schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
- Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
