KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in near Boston, MA looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to join their team. This position is fully on-site with free parking and is paying $26-$30/HR depending on experience.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
Manage customer collections and follow up on past-due balances
Research payment discrepancies and resolve customer account issues
Post cash receipts and credits and assist with AR reconciliations
Support month-end close and credit/collections reporting
The experience required for this role:
1+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
Strong customer communication and phone skills
Intermediate Excel skills;
Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
Compensation: $26-$30/HR
