The successful applicant will be required to work collaboratively with others to develop and implement high quality and engaging teaching programs to cater for the diverse needs and learning styles of all children in the class. The successful candidate will:
- have a strong commitment to Catholic education and the mission of the Catholic Church
- demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and form positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
- collaboratively plan and work in a team with flexibility, creativity, passion and enthusiasm
- be able to motivate and engage students in purposeful learning
- have a sound understanding of the Vision For Instruction and The Vision for Engagement
- have an ability to use data to improve student learning
- integrate a range of digital learning technologies
- demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children in accordance with Child Safe standards
