• Perform eyelash extensions, refills, threading and other lashes services.
• Provide excellent guest care and maintain a clean, hygienic work environment.
• Attend ongoing training and stay current on industry best practices and safety protocols.
• Assist with new hire orientation and mentoring of junior technicians.

• Current license in Cosmetology or Esthetics in Massachusetts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for lashes.
• Willingness to complete our proprietary training program.

Compensation: $35,000 – $65,000 per year.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
